Movement, Stretching and Exercise are vital to a healthy body.

The word movement translated means LIFE.  In order to have a healthy LIFE, you must MOVE your body.  I give my patients stretches and specific exercises to help heal their injuries and it is crucial that they perform these stretches and exercises daily to heal and meet their recovery timeline and expectations.  The patients who follow their care plans exactly and do their homework (stretches and exercise) always get the best results.

What is ChiroBurst?

Just Need to See Those In-Office Stretches Again?

You can always ask for a refresher.  The next time you are in the office, just ask and  we will schedule time to go through all of your prescribed stretches with you one-on-one to make sure you are doing them properly.  This typically takes about 15-20 minutes and the fee is $25.
