Did you know…Two of the top three reasons for visits to medical offices, urgent care centers, and emergency rooms are for treatment of neck pain and low back pain? If I can assist in keeping the medical establishments able to focus on the respiratory illness in front of them and keep patients who are seeking pain relief from taking up the hospital and urgent care resources, then I will have done my part.
We Are Open With Restrictions
We know that a healthy immune system begins with a healthy nervous system. We know that both pain and stress amps up the sympathetic nervous system and down-regulates the immune system leaving our bodies more susceptible to illness and infection. Chiropractic adjustments not only boost immunity but also soothe the sympathetic nervous system. This is why I feel it is more important than ever to be here for my patients.
We will be remaining open by appointment only for the time being on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.
All tables, counters, chairs, door handles, and other surfaces are cleaned and disinfected constantly. My staff and I use hand sanitizer (or soap and water) before we engage with any patient and immediately after treating any patient. All of our linens are one-time use and laundered after every use. We disinfect treatment tables after each patient with Clorox or Lysol wipes. We have also adjusted our scheduling to limit the number of people who will be present in our office at any given time in order to limit any possible exposure to any virus. Additionally, each patient will be screened before they are treated. These steps meet the protocols set forth by the Florida Department of Health. This protocol limits our scheduling flexibility, so we ask that you be timely and do not request that appointments be changed without ample notice.
I will be available to deliver chiropractic care, acupuncture, and functional medicine/nutrition services during all of my regular business hours. For some patients who do not require hands-on care, consultations can be done via phone and video chat. Our nutritional dispensary shelves are fully stocked, and supplements, CBD, and immune support therapies are available for purchase in person or over the phone. These can be shipped or one of my staff can meet you in the parking lot to hand them off through your car window.
As you all know this is ever-evolving and is always subject to change, but I will continue to update you with any changes via my clinic Facebook page, Google business page, and email.
Dr. Hoch will also be available to treat health care workers only on the other days of the week

Dealing with a pandemic is rough. Nothing like this has ever happened and no matter how much preparedness training we have had, this can be overwhelming. I am personally extremely grateful for your service and your courage during this time of unprecedented crisis. While the COVID-19 virus goes through its lifecycle of infections, you are showing up every day, putting your own health on the line to help the community. Dealing with people who are sick and afraid, with no end in sight. Meanwhile, the realities of the limitations of our physical bodies are hitting as hard as ever. I am welcoming you to get relief.
