I recently came across this article discussing some ways to “fix” back pain. In my opinion, Chiropractic Care is the best and safest way to fix back pain. Chiropractors are uniquely qualified to diagnose the cause of the pain, prescribe a course of corrective treatment and address issues of recurrence and prevention.
The article does recommend one of the many tools in my arsenal, Acupuncture. For many acupuncture is a great way to relieve pain and cure chronic conditions. Depending on what is discovered in my initial exam, we also look at dietary deficiencies, physical activity and sleep patterns. Many of the suggestions given in this article are ones I might give as well. It is worth the read in any case.
